The Board of Directors of Wabash National Corporation declared to have a quarterly dividend of $0.045 per share. The dividend will be given to the corporation’s record holders of the common stock on September 28, 2007 and is payable on October 5, 2007.

Wabash National Corporation’s main activity is to design, manufacture and market standard and customized truck trailers, dry freight vans and related transportation equipment. Its innovative core products are sold under the DuraPlate®, ArcticLite®, and Eagle® brand names. The Group is headquartered in Lafayette, Ind. and operates in two wholly owned subsidiaries. The first segment is the Transcraft Corporation, a manufacturer of flatbed and drop deck trailers and the second is Wabash National Trailer Centers, a retail distributor of new and used trailers and aftermarket parts throughout the U.S. and Canada.
